And also, in order to receive certain awards, they encourage beginners to place a large order. "Poor" newcomers, believing in the good intentions of their organizer, pull money out of family budget, borrow from friends and acquaintances, even take loans!.. As a result, having received a bunch of cosmetics, still not having a client base, not having all the information about the job, the newcomer, faced with customer refusals to purchase cosmetics from her, goes into a deep depression . It accumulates resentment at the organizer, at the Company, at cosmetics, it is a pity for the money spent and the relatives infringed in some way in connection with this, and plus the payment of the loan ...
I, of course, describe extremes, but, unfortunately. there are a lot of them.
And what happens to the unfortunate organizer? She "signed" the required number of people, fulfilled the required sales volume of the team, received the status of the Leader - this, it seems, is happiness! Here it is success and recognition! And then what? And then her newbies stop ordering - why? They already have a lot of cosmetics at home that they can't sell! If you are persistently and obsessively pulled into the Company, think! Is the Organizer interested in you as a person, as a colleague? Is it set up for your training, informing before you enter into an Agreement with the Company? Or is she just pursuing her own selfish goals!
Do not hurry! The company isn't going anywhere! Study all the subtleties of the work, get acquainted with the products, identify potential Clients. Do not place large orders at once. Choose to order the products that you personally like. After all, we, first of all, sell sensations!
