Openwork patterns with knitting needles in a strip - getting ready for spring! Vertical stripes with knitting needles - patent pattern Openwork stripes with knitting needles

Greetings, dear lovers of knitting!

I don’t know about you, but it’s “autumn” outside our window ... The sky is covered with a leaden cloud, from the incessant rain, the remnants of snow have acquired an unsightly dirty look and are melting ... melting ...

To cheer myself up and please you, my dears, I lay out openwork patterns with knitting needles with patterns. All these patterns have one thing in common - they are knitted in a vertical strip, which means that they will visually slim the figures even of the owners of magnificent forms.

Well, you can apply them both fragmentarily, alternating one openwork strip with some other pattern, a tourniquet, for example, and making the product with only one of these patterns - in general, as fantasy tells anyone. So, meet!

Openwork patterns with knitting needles in a strip

Knitting pattern "Openwork in the strip" (1)

"Openwork in the strip" (1) not difficult to perform, it is perfect for knitting products for the spring - there are few holes there, so it will not be blown much.

To learn how to knit "Openwork in the strip" (1) for the sample on the knitting needles, we collect the number of loops divisible by 13, add 1 loop for the symmetry of the pattern and 2 edge loops, for example 26 + 1 + 2 = 29 loops. And then we knit according to the pattern.

Scheme of the pattern "Openwork in the strip" (1)

  • plus - edge loop;
  • minus - purl loop;
  • black square - front loop;
  • circle - nakid;
  • even rows -

In the front rows after the hem we knit as many times as necessary the rapport loops (between the arrows), at the end of the row - 1 purl and hem loop.

When I began to knit this pattern, I realized that it was familiar to me, only in a slightly different interpretation. Therefore, I decided to immediately lay out a sample of his almost “double”.

Knitting pattern "Openwork in the strip" (2)

The "double" of the previous pattern "Openwork in the stripe" is made with fewer loops.

To knit the sample on the knitting needles, we collect the number of loops divisible by 9, plus 2 loops for the symmetry of the pattern and 2 edge loops: 27 + 2 + 2 = 31.

The pattern can be knitted using the scheme of the previous one, only we knit the front loops in the rapport of the first row not 8, but 5, and the strip from the wrong side is not 3 wrong loops, but 2. That's the whole difference.

But if this explanation seems incomprehensible to someone, write, I will draw up a diagram of the pattern.

Knitting pattern "Openwork in the strip" (3)

To knit this openwork pattern in a strip, we collect on the knitting needles the number of loops divisible by 16, add 1 loop for the symmetry of the pattern and 2 edge loops, for example 32 + 1 + 2 = 35. Next, we knit exactly according to the pattern below.

Scheme of the pattern "Openwork in the strip" (3)

  • plus - edge loop;
  • minus - purl loop;
  • circle - nakid;
  • black square - front loop;
  • triangle with a right angle to the left -We knit 2 loops together with a slope to the left (we remove the 1st loop as when knitting the front one, knit the 2nd loop with the front one and stretch it through the removed loop);
  • triangle with a right angle to the right - 2 loops knit together front;
  • even rows - knit as the pattern shows, nakida - purl.

In the front rows after the edge loop, we repeat the rapport loops as many times as necessary (between the arrows), at the end of the row we knit 1 purl and edge loop.

Knitting pattern "Openwork in the strip" (4)

"Openwork in the strip" (4) It is a vertical openwork zigzags and it is also not difficult to knit it, if you carefully compare your actions with the diagram of this pattern below.

For a sample pattern on the knitting needles, you need to dial the number of loops, a multiple of 11, adding 2 edge loops, for example 33 + 2 = 35, and then knit according to the pattern.

Scheme of the pattern "Openwork in the strip" (4)

  • plus - edge loop;
  • minus - purl loop;
  • circle - nakid;
  • black square - front loop;
  • triangle with a right angle to the left -
  • triangle with a right angle to the right - 2 loops knit together front;
  • even rows -

In the front rows between the edge rows, we repeat only the rapport loops that are between the arrows.

Knitting pattern "Openwork in the strip" (5)

This unusual striped pattern, which is best used as an insert on the front surface, is also not difficult to perform.

To knit a pattern sample, we collect 23 loops plus 2 edge loops, and then we knit according to the pattern pattern.

Scheme of the pattern "Openwork in the strip" (5)

  • black square - front loop;
  • minus - purl loop;
  • circle - nakid;
  • triangle with a right angle to the left -We knit 2 loops together with a slope to the left;
  • triangle with a right angle to the right - 2 loops knit together front;
  • even rows - we knit as the pattern shows, yarn overs - with purl loops.

Knitting pattern "Openwork in the strip" (6)

This beautiful pattern in a strip of leaves laid one on top of the other reminded me of another. Interestingly, knitting this pattern is much easier than that, although at first glance it seems that, on the contrary, it is more difficult.

To knit a pattern sample, we collect a multiple of 24 loops on the knitting needles, add 2 loops for the symmetry of the pattern and 2 edge loops.

Scheme of the pattern "Openwork in the strip" (6)

  • white cell - front loop;
  • in purl rows: over the loops of the garter stitch we knit the front loops, over the purl and crochets (10 loops)- purl;
  • in the front rows: we repeat the loops of rapport (24 loops), at the end of the row - 2 loops of garter stitch and hem.

That's all for today! I hope you liked these openwork knitting patterns with patterns and use them for knitting spring or summer new clothes.

And may there be more sunny days in your life!

And this is a musical gift: a song "Crossroads of Seven Roads" performed by the group "Time Machine", which I adored in my youth.

... Eh, the inhabitants of Ukraine are now at such a “crossroads” that you wouldn’t wish on anyone ...

With love, Elena Zhabina and mine

Let's take a break from the hook and knit with knitting needles .... Consider a patent pattern. You and I already know how to knit, you can knit vertical ones in the same way, but today about a different method ... It is more complicated, but nevertheless, I like

Patent knitting pattern

We collect 20 loops on the knitting needles in any way and knit one row And now:!: ATTENTION :!:

  • remove the first loop
  • we knit the second
  • and the third WE REMOVE WITHOUT KNITTING, and the working thread is “at work”

How to remove the front loop without knitting

Insert the needle into the loop on the left needle, as if we are going to knit the front loop ..
but we do not knit, but simply throw it on the right knitting needle. (the thread remains behind the canvas)

  • fourth loop - facial
  • the fifth, like the 3rd, we remove without knitting, so we continue to the end of the row ... we knit one with the front one, we just remove one, while the working thread is at work - this will be the FACE row.

Finished the row, turned knitting.

WRONG row
Consider what happened...

You will see that where you did not knit loops, broaches formed, so in this row we will not knit these loops, we will also remove them, only we will keep the working thread in front of work (in front of us), and remove the loop, as as if they were going to knit the wrong side ... (i.e. we introduce the knitting needle from top to bottom) they also knitted 1 through one purl loop, 1 loop removed (thread before work)

How to remove a purl loop without knitting

We introduce the knitting needle into the loop on the left knitting needle, as if we are going to knit the wrong loop.
but we do not knit, but simply throw it on the right knitting needle. (the thread remains in front of the fabric)

We knit one wrong side, just remove one, while the working thread before work - this will be the WRONG row.

Thus, your broaches are obtained only from the wrong side. And there are no facial broaches.
And now the most interesting begins)))

We will introduce a thread of a different color.

I admit right away that I don’t know how to make edge loops here, I do this and that ... we will knit them with you ...

So, we take a thread of a different color and begin the next row to knit with it, and we knit only those loops that were previously removed without knitting, therefore those that were knitted - we remove)))

In the front rows, we knit the front loops and remove them as front loops (working thread at work)

In the purl rows, we knit purl loops and remove them as purl ones (working thread before work)

Front row:

Purl row:
We knit two rows with each color (front + purl, see the description of their knitting above in the text). In fact, everything is easy ... you just need to understand ... and everything will turn out

The result is vertical stripes.

Patent stripe pattern front and back

Knitting is dense, thick. It's like a double. Patterns of this type will be called "pressed pattern" or patent pattern.

P.S. Advice: kind))) - take knitting needles and yarn that are not thin and do not tighten the thread when knitting, otherwise you will be tormented)))

Every beginner needlewoman wants to master knitting. Knitting patterns will be easy if you start from the basics, so start learning needlework with the simplest patterns, and then boldly proceed to more complex and interesting options. We have collected for you a lot of interesting ideas, starting from the simplest ones.

Simple knit and purl patterns with pictures

Simple beautiful sweaters, mittens, blouses, socks, hats, cardigans, tunics, pullovers and vests are knitted with these simple patterns that even lazy needlewomen can handle. And jacquard patterns in combination with such light ones can decorate absolutely any thing.

The pattern is repeated from the first row.

Rubber bands

There are a huge number of rubber bands that were invented by the best craftsmen.

Simple elastic band 1×1

Cast on an even number of stitches for the pattern. The elastic is knitted in the front and back in the first (main) way. The first row is knitted alternating knit and purl loops, then the knitting is turned over and the loops are knitted as they lie on the knitting needle - facial facial, purl purl.

An elastic band record with a rapport designation can be represented as follows:

  • 1 row: * 1 facial, 1 purl *;
  • 2nd row: * purl 1, knit 1 *.

Simple elastic band 3×2

For the sample, a number of loops is dialed on the knitting needles, a multiple of 5, plus 2 edge loops. The first row is knitted like this: three facial, two purl. Then the knitting is turned over and the loops are knitted as they lie on the knitting needle: facial facial, purl purl.

  • 1 row: * knit 3, purl 2 *;
  • 2 row: * 2 facial, 3 purl *.

Garter lace for a summer dress

When knitting, the technique of knitting two loops together with the front one is used with a tilt to the left by the broach method. They do it this way: the first loop of the two is removed as a front one, the next loop (nakid) is knitted with the front one and the resulting loop is pulled through the first one.

To form a side edge in this pattern, it is better to knit the first edge loop of the row with the front one behind the back wall, and the last edge loop with the front one behind the front wall, then you get a beautiful nodular edge. Cast on an even number of stitches for the pattern.

  • 1 row: * yarn over, knit two loops together with a tilt to the left *.
  • The remaining rows are knitted in the same way as the first.

Loop symbols and how to perform them for beginners

If you still couldn’t figure out the diagrams and description, video tutorials on YouTube, which you can watch for free, will definitely help you.

Openwork paths will appeal to many needlewomen, beginners and experienced craftswomen, as they contain the simplest openwork patterns. Such patterns are easy to remember and easy to knit, and the resulting openwork patterns, in their beauty, are not inferior to many complex patterns. In addition, vertical openwork stripes, as you know, visually slim the figure. Openwork tracks with knitting needles can be used as the main pattern and as openwork inserts on the background of the front or back surface. These patterns are great for knitting children's clothes. I hope you find exactly what you are looking for in this collection.

The basis of openwork paths, like other openwork patterns, are yarns and loops knitted together. The easiest way to knit a vertical openwork track is in each front row, yarn over and knit 2 loops together, while you need to make sure that the yarns are one, above one, see the pattern diagram for simple openwork tracks. In purl rows, purl all stitches and yarn overs. In this embodiment, the tracks are connected against the background of the front surface, between the tracks there are 3 front loops.

Depending on the background, the number of loops between the tracks, the placement of the yarn overs and the slope of the two loops knitted together, openwork tracks are very easy to modify.

If in each front row, shift the yarn over by 1 loop, a diagonal openwork path will turn out from a simple openwork path. An example is a diagonal track pattern. Each track consists of 2 yarn overs and 2 loops knitted together 2 times with an inclination to the right. The report of the pattern is highlighted in the diagram in color. Watch the slope of the loops knitted together ( right). If you want your tracks to look to the left, shift the yarn over to the left, and knit 2 loops together after the yarn over, like a simple broach (tilted to the left).

Pattern "Openwork paths"

Scheme "openwork paths"

Pattern "Openwork paths"

The openwork pattern of this pattern consists of only 2 rows and 9 loops. If necessary, this pattern can be used as an openwork elastic band. And if you use it as the main pattern, and an extra relief, you don’t need it, just slightly steam the finished product with an iron.

openwork paths of 5 loops placed against the backdrop of the wrong side. The report of each track is 5 loops + background loops, in this case 3 loops between tracks. The diagram shows only the front rows, knit in the wrong rows, as the loops look, the yarns are purl. Repeat the pattern from the 1st to the 4th rows.

Pattern "double openwork track"

Scheme "double openwork track"

Pattern "double openwork track" also consists of two alternating rows. The report of this openwork pattern is 10 loops. Knit the pattern according to the diagram, it shows both the front and back rows.

pattern "tracks-spikelets"

scheme of the pattern "tracks-spikelets"

pattern report "tracks - spikelets" 7 loops + 3 loops for pattern symmetry. Knit the pattern according to the proposed scheme, repeating from the 1st to the 6th rows. Empty cells in the diagram are indicated for clarity. Pattern Description:

1st row: * purl 3, knit 4 *, purl 3;

2nd row: knit as the loops look;

3rd row: *purl 3, knit 2, yarn over, knit 2*, purl 3;

4th row: 3 facial, * 5 purl, 3 facial *;

5th row: *purl 3, knit 2 together, 1 yarn over, knit, yarn over, 1 simple broach*, purl 3;

6th row: knit 3, * purl 2 knit together, purl 3, knit 3 *

Pattern "vertical ornament"

Scheme "vertical ornament"

Pattern "vertical ornament" interesting for its texture, and also very easy to knit. Pattern report 9 loops and 6 rows in height. Knit the front rows according to the pattern of the pattern, and the wrong ones - according to the pattern of the canvas, as the loops look, knit the crochets with the wrong ones.

Pattern "openwork spike"

Scheme "openwork ear"

Pattern "openwork spike" has a very interesting relief. The report of this pattern consists of 9 loops and 4 rows in height. In the purl rows, knit loops according to the pattern of the fabric.

Pattern "openwork spikelet"

Scheme - "openwork spikelet"

Pattern "openwork spikelet"

The openwork paths of this pattern are also very similar, with their embossed texture, to an ear, and the scheme is even simpler than the previous one. Report openwork pattern 9, repeat the pattern according to the scheme from the 1st to the 2nd rows.

Pattern "vertical openwork stripes"

Scheme "vertical openwork stripes"

Pattern "vertical openwork stripes" consists of 2 repeating rows and 12 loops, between the openwork rows there are vertical stripes of the front and back surfaces.

Tracks - droplets

Track pattern scheme - droplets

Paths - droplets, very delicate openwork pattern. Knitted on the background of the wrong side. The diagram shows a report of a pattern of 9 loops, 2 loops create a relief openwork, and 7 loops - the background of the wrong side. If necessary, you can easily change the pattern by reducing or increasing the number of loops on the wrong side. Repeat the pattern from the 1st to the 8th rows. In the purl rows, knit according to the pattern of the canvas.

they are knitted using the “under the loop” technique, in this case, in the corresponding loop 4 rows below, 1 front loop is knitted, while the loops of the upper rows must be dissolved. Raise one of the transverse threads (loose rows) onto a knitting needle in the form of a crochet, over an elongated loop. In the next row, a long loop must be knitted together with the yarn over with the front loop. Make sure that the elongated loop does not cross.

Depending on which thread you yarn over the elongated loop, the pattern of the openwork path will change. If you take the top thread or the second thread from the top, the pattern will be “fan-shaped” (on the right), if you take the bottom thread, or the second thread from the bottom, the pattern will be more elongated (left). Link a sample and see for yourself. Knit the pattern according to the diagram, repeating from the 6th to the 9th rows.

very simple pattern. You can easily change the number of loops of the wrong side between the mesh tracks at your discretion by increasing or decreasing the pattern report. Knit the pattern according to the scheme, repeating the 2nd and 3rd rows.

embossed paths The report of this pattern is 6 loops + 2 loops for symmetry. In fact, the pattern consists of an elastic band 4x2 (4 facial, 2 purl) and openwork inclusions every 3 rows. Watch the slope of the loops. When knitting 2 loops together, tilt to the right (insert the needle into the 2nd and 1st loops, starting from the second and knit them together).

knitting is not much more difficult than the previous patterns, but it looks spectacular, especially in white. knit the pattern according to the proposed pattern or add purl loops to increase the distance between the openwork - flower paths. In the purl rows, knit as the loops look, yarn over - purl. Knit two front loops together with a slope to the right (the needle is inserted into the 2nd and 1st loops, starting from the second). Repeat the pattern from the 1st to the 8th rows.

Collection of simple patterns with embossed stripes and stripes with knitting needles

Relief patterns with knitting needles - this is an alternation when knitting front and back loops, while the fabric turns out to be three-dimensional due to the combination of convex and concave sections, and also quite dense (without gaps). Therefore, such patterns are especially expressive. There are a great many relief patterns, they differ in small or large rapport. These patterns are ideal for plain cotton, cotton-viscose, silk and linen blends. If the yarn is thick, then the pattern looks especially embossed, and if it is thin, then an exquisite, noble structure will be obtained. Embossed patterns are quite easy to knit, so they are recommended for beginner craftswomen, because. help them gain skills and experience. Confident knitters also pay attention to embossed patterns, because they are convenient to combine with openwork and give it a special elegance. So that the charm of relief patterns does not disappear, they should not be ironed and steamed, it is enough to moisten and let them dry in a straightened form.
We bring to your attention a large collection of simple patterns with embossed stripes and stripes (vertical, horizontal, diagonal) for knitting with visual patterns, diagrams, descriptions and symbols. Choose and create with pleasure!
