Knitting density: 21 loops * 28 rows = 10 * 10 cm.

Decrease in sections of purl loops - 2 together out.

The authors of the model, designers from the Drops studio, recommend taking 2 skeins of Drops Lima (50 g/100 m) for the hat. This yarn is 100% wool, 65% lambswool and 35% alpaca, and has a medium weight thread.
Two skeins are enough to create a hat of a medium standard size, 57-59 cm head circumference.
When knitting, we will use two types of stocking needles: with a diameter of 4 mm and 3.5 mm.
We knit the sample with the front stitch from 21 initial loops (pt). After completing 28 rows, we get 10x10 cm.

We will knit the hat in circular rows (k / p), guided by the schemes of patterns A.1 and A.2.
We take a set of stocking needles in 3.5 mm and make a set of 131 pt. We distribute them on the knitting needles in a circle.
We start knitting with a 3x2 elastic band:

We take the knitting needles a size larger (4.5 mm) and begin to knit the main pattern according to the diagram below.
