Unfortunately, this is the case when we are forced once again to note frivolous behavior on the water and the lack of rescue equipment.
I want to appeal to all residents of Karelia. We live in a region of lakes and rivers. We need to get as accustomed to wearing life jackets in a boat as we are accustomed to wearing seat belts in a vehicle. The culture of wearing seat belts has significantly reduced serious injuries.
