Repeat only 4 times. Finish the row, as before, with a connecting column.
  • Next, continue to work according to the scheme of the main motive, ending the rows with connecting posts.
  • Connect the finished elements to each other, starch ready product and leave to dry.

IMPORTANT: To get a napkin from rectangular motifs, knit not 16, but 20, 24, 28 or more repeating elements and connect them together in a certain order.

Fillet knitting or fillet knitting(fillet lace) is the creation of a grid, some cells of which remain empty, and some are filled. The drawing is created in a certain way, depending on how the grid cells are filled.

Filet knitting is very simple, and the patterns are easy to read and resemble cross stitch patterns. The elements of loin knitting patterns, as well as cross stitch patterns, are black and white cells, circles and crosses. Moreover, an empty cell in the diagram is always indicated by a white cell, and a filled one can be indicated by a black cell, and a cross, and a circle.

IMPORTANT: Before you start knitting a fillet napkin according to the chosen pattern, knit a small sample of 10 by 10 cells, by which you can evaluate the type and density of future work.

Cell knitting is performed as follows:

  • Empty - С1Н, 2VP
  • Filled - 3S1N.

Any sirloin knitting starts with a chain of VP.

Calculation of loops for dialing:

For 1 cell - 3CH chains + 6 loops to form 1 cell of the 1st row. In order not to carry out the calculation, you can link a chain of arbitrary length, start knitting cells from its beginning. Then the extra loops of the chain can be dissolved, and the missing ones can be tied.

Video: Fillet net. Addition and subtraction of cells. Crochet.

IMPORTANT: The place from which work begins (starting point) is marked with an arrow on the diagrams.

Sometimes work on a sirloin napkin starts from the bottom or from the top. Often the work starts from the center, and from there it moves up and down. When you have to knit a voluminous loin product, you can knit individual parts and elements, and then tie them together.

IMPORTANT: In order for a napkin knitted with a sirloin knit to turn out neat and dense, you should not allow “looseness” and stretching of the loops, otherwise the work will be uneven and the pattern will be blurry.

Knowing the decoding of the scheme (empty - C1H, 2VP; filled - 3C1H), you can immediately get to work.

  • 2 row: Turn knitting and knit: in the arches of the last row 2 times 5C1H and 5CH between them.
  • 3 row: 1СБН between two groups of columns of the last row.
  • Tie the arches: 7С1Н, 2VP, 7С1Н.
  • 4 row: sc.

As a result of the work, you will get a flower with uneven, twisted petals. But by bending it in half, you get a beautiful voluminous butterfly in flight.

Napkin - Chamomile.... Coasters - Daisies...

Coasters - Daisies...

I decided the other day to bring a drop of summer, bright colors and a sunny mood into my restrained kitchen ... I was inspired almost instantly as soon as I saw beautiful sunny daisies! Are these flowers really amazing? They really lift my spirits :)

I found the scheme on the net from a Brazilian needlewoman

quite understandable and good quality. But I decided to still remove the step-by-step process of my knitting. Hope it's useful to someone...

We connect 7 air loops into a ring.

1 row: 3 air loops, 15 columns with one crochet.

2 row: 7 air loops (petal height), 3 air loops (petal width along the upper edge), 4 columns with one crochet (knit the first column in the seventh loop of a chain of 7 air loops), 2 half-columns with a crochet, 1 connecting column with previous row.

7 air loops

Connect one double crochet to the previous petal from the wrong side

Flip work to front side, 3 air loops, 4 double crochets, 2 half double crochets, a connecting column ... And so on, until the end of the row (in the scheme, the total number of petals is 16, but 15 was enough for me)

3rd row: Here I also deviated a little from the pattern ... I knitted 3 double crochets in each jumper. Now I saw from the photo and thought that if I hadn’t knitted columns in the lintel of the petal, then the petals would have turned out to be round ... Just more columns between the petals, say, 6, I’ll take into account for the future ...

4 row: Tie everything with single crochets. In the proposed scheme, it is tied with white threads, I wanted more sunny color, yellowish ...

That's all! The original indicates the diameter of the stand - 11 cm. But it all depends, of course, on the thickness of the yarn and the hook. In my case, daisies were crocheted No. 5 and turned out to be 15 cm in diameter, you can even put plates, and not just cups :)

Napkin - Chamomile....

The napkin, as well as the chamomile coasters, is not at all difficult to perform, but at the same time it looks quite impressive. This set I knitted from acrylic crochet No. 3. The coasters turned out to be 13.5 cm in diameter, the napkin - 30 cm in diameter.

And here is the circuit itself, you can see for yourself how simple it is.

Description of knitting napkins with daisies

Start work by knitting daisies. This option will require 6 pcs. Chamomile knit from the center in a circle. First, knit the middle of the daisies.

Middle

With yellow yarn, dial a chain of 9 in. p., close in a ring. Link 1 in. lifting *on a new row, then knit in the center of the ring 17 tbsp. b/n. Then knit in circular rows according to scheme 1. If a new row starts from the 1st c. lifting, which corresponds to 1 tbsp. b / n., then finish knitting a row with a connecting column in the lifting loop. If a new row starts from the 3rd c. lifting, which corresponds to 1 tbsp. s / n., then finish knitting a row with a connecting column in the 3rd c. lifting item. With yellow yarn, knit the 1st and 2nd row, cut off the thread. Next take the chamomile petals.

petals

Knit with white yarn. First, knit the 3rd and 4th row according to scheme 1, then knit the petals in circular rows according to scheme 2. The diagram (for a better count of the rows) indicates knitting 1 petal, knit the next petals in the same way. Run all rows according to scheme 2, cut the thread.

Chamomile finish

Unfold the chamomile petals and smooth them slightly. With green yarn, tie a chamomile in a circle as follows: 1st row - 1 in. rise, 20th century p., * 1 tbsp. b/n. for the middle of a chamomile petal, 20th c. *, repeat from * to * 10 times (total 12 arches).

2nd row - knit 20 tbsp in each arch. b/n.

leaflet

With green yarn, dial a chain of 15 in. n., then tie 1 in. n. rise to a new row, and knit according to scheme 3. Run all rows, cut the thread. Knit the following sheets in the same way. This option will require 6 pcs. Connect the sheets with a needle and thread for the last row.

Recently I got a crochet napkin with daisies. And I want to tell you how to knit it.

Warm spring days are approaching, summer residents and gardeners are buying seeds, starting to grow seedlings. And I am one of them. True, the garden is not my element

But I can’t help but talk about my favorite flowers and garden design. And although summer is still far away, something began to attract me to daisies. Just the same chamomile mood! Look - such beauty and smells of summer!

Publications about garden design are ahead, but for now, a crochet napkin with daisies is for you.

Diagram of a napkin consisting of floral motifs, I found in the needlework group in the social. networks.

I really liked the shape of the napkin in the form of a rhombus.

Knitting daisies for such a napkin is easy, simple and interesting.

I knitted a napkin with daisies from cotton yarn Snowflake crochet No. 1.

Always helpful for beginner knitters conventions to read the schema.

Knitting the first chamomile

We collect 12 air loops, close in a ringlet.

The first chamomile is ready. We knit the remaining daisies, connecting with each other in the process of knitting the last row as follows:

Second chamomile

  • we tie 10 chamomile petals with single crochets
  • 11th petal: 5СБН, insert the hook under the fifth column of the last row of the petal of the first chamomile, while the thread is behind the hook, pull the loop through both loops of the first and second chamomile, knitting with a half-column; knit the rest of 4sc.
  • We knit the 12th petal in the same way as the 11th, connecting it with the second petal of the first chamomile.

Thus, I tied and connected 5 daisies in a row.

In the next row of daisies, we connect them together in a row and to the first row:

The first chamomile of the second row of napkins:

  • 4th row: we tie 8 petals with single crochets, we tie the next two petals, connecting with the first chamomile of the first row, and we connect two more petals with the second chamomile of the first row.

The second chamomile of the second row:

  • we tie 6 petals with single crochets, connect two petals with the petals of the first chamomile of the second row, the next two petals with the second chamomile of the first row, two more petals with the third chamomile of the first row.

Thus we knit the rest of the daisies.

I knitted four rows of five daisies.

In each row, we attach the first daisy to the first and second daisies of the previous row. Thus, a crochet napkin with daisies turns out to be diamond-shaped.

If desired, in such a technology, you can knit both a square and a rectangular napkin of any size, placing the daisies in the right order, or you can knit a tablecloth with daisies.

You can also knit very beautiful napkins and tablecloths from square motifs. You can find schemes of such motives here>>.

Happy needlework!

And next time I will talk about knitting the most beautiful chamomile! In order not to miss the publication, subscribe to the newsletter directly to the mail, who has not yet done so.

Turn the work to the front side, 3 air loops, 4 double crochets, 2 half double crochets, a connecting column ...
