We knit the body of Santa Claus

We begin to knit a toy from the body, you will need red yarn and "grass". Connect a chain of 3 loops into a ring.

1 row: knit with the addition in each loop.

Row 4-5: Knit these rows in a circle without adding loops.

6 row: add through 1 loop.

Rows 7-10: Knit these rows in the round without adding stitches.

11 row: add through 2 loops.

Row 12-15: Knit these rows in the round without adding stitches.

16 row: add through 3 loops.

Row 17-19: Knit these rows in the round without adding stitches. Fill the body with foam.

Now you need to knit from the inside. Knit in the round for 2 rows, then cut through 2 loops in 2 rows. On the next row, dec after 1 st, then on 2 rows, dec in each st. Cut the thread. The body is ready!

Santa Claus hat: on the knitting needles we collect 38 loops with white yarn. We carry out 6 rows of garter stitch, then, with red yarn, we perform 20 rows of front stitch, after which we close the loops and sew a seam. Pull up the top of the hat. Sew the pompom on the crown.

For the manufacture of Snow Maiden we need: blue, pink and white soufflé yarn, a little padding polyester, beads for the eyes, hook No. 3 and knitting needles No. 3.

Knitting types:

Front surface: in the front rows, we perform all the loops of the LP, in the wrong rows, all the loops - IP.

4th row: 6 tbsp. b/n. Then we fill the part with synthetic winterizer. Sew, embroider the mouth with red thread. Sew on bead eyes.

Hat: we collect 38 loops with white yarn on the knitting needles, we perform six rows of garter stitch, after which we perform 12 rows of the front surface with a blue thread. At the same time, we evenly decrease 6 loops in each front row, until then. Until eight stitches remain on the needles. We close the loops, we sew the seam. We tighten the top of the cap, sew the pompom on the top of the head. We carry out two pigtails of white yarn and sew them to the hat.

Scarf: we collect 6 loops with white yarn and knit 100-105 rows, after which we close the loops and tie a scarf on the Snow Maiden.
