Crocheted Butterflies - Best Description Patterns and Master Classes. Crochet napkins with voluminous butterflies Crochet patterns for openwork napkins with butterflies

Good afternoon dear friends!

Since it's still hot summer outside, I want to share summer ideas.

Today I want to talk not so much about beautiful crochet napkins with voluminous butterflies, but about how to crochet unusual voluminous butterflies.

I don’t know if such butterflies with four wings exist in nature, but crocheted ones create such an effect as if they are flapping their wings and flying. Don't you think so?

I knitted one such butterfly and decorated it with a knitted decorative pillow.

It will also look great on a baby hat and other children's clothes, you can decorate a bag and come up with other ideas.

But since our blog is dedicated to home decor, let's get back to our napkins.

Napkins with voluminous butterflies

I found both napkins with voluminous crochet butterflies on the Internet a long time ago. Apparently, they were published in a foreign magazine.

I walked around the sites where there are such napkins, I found one diagram of the central part of the green napkin, but there was no description of knitting and butterfly patterns for it.

I'll try to fix this situation.

Simple napkin with voluminous butterflies

We take any thin cotton yarn and hook No. 1.

Here you can experiment with color, but it seems to me that two colors must be present - the main one and for decoration. Napkins made in one color will not be so spectacular. Well, that's my opinion, maybe I'm wrong.

What I like about these napkins is their incredible simplicity. However, they are somewhat unusual and so light, elegant.

So for knitting a napkin in green, a pattern of a regular circle is used, made with single crochet columns and air loops between them. It probably makes no sense to make a detailed description of his knitting.

In the 2nd, 8th, 13th and 19th rows, we change the thread to an additional (green) color.

The napkin is decorated with separately knitted butterflies. Here we will dwell on them in more detail.

Crochet voluminous butterflies

On youtube, I found a lot of master classes on knitting such voluminous butterflies. Someone, especially beginner knitters, is interested in seeing such a detailed process. You can easily find such a video.

But it’s better for me to knit, sitting in a chair, and have a diagram in front of me, and for many needlewomen too.

I found this knitting pattern for a voluminous butterfly:

But, even when knitting with thin threads with double crochets according to this pattern, the butterfly turns out to be quite large and is completely unsuitable for our napkin.

This scheme may be useful to someone, I leave it as it is. And for butterfly napkins, we will knit in almost the same way, but with single crochet columns.

At the same time, I reduced their number in each row.

6VP close in a ring.

1st row: 8 groups of three columns with one crochet and 3CH between them.

2nd row: note that the knitting must be turned and knitted in the opposite direction to the first row.

Here in each arch of the first row we knit twice 5С1Н and 5VP between them.

3rd row: single crochet between two adjacent groups of stitches of the previous row. And I tied the arch like this: 7С1Н, 2VP, 7С1Н.

4th row: single crochet.

Change the color of the yarn in the rows as you like.

It turns out such a flower: not very beautiful and the edges of it are very fake.

But that's how it should be.

Now we fold the flower in half, so we get a voluminous crochet butterfly.

You can also make mustaches.

Tie a chain of air loops along the length of the butterfly's body. The number of loops is determined by fitting. I got 8.

Then we knit another 6VP for the antennae and tie them with single crochets. Another 6VP for another antennae, we tie RLS.

The butterfly turned out to be 6 x 4.5 cm in size. (I knitted from iris).

Napkin with voluminous butterflies and a flower

Here is another interesting napkin with voluminous butterflies, which are sewn to the central part by one wing.

I haven't been able to find a pattern for this particular napkin. But here everything is very simple - knitting with arches. You can use .

The flower in the center can be knitted any one you like. We will omit the story about him for now, since the main topic today was crocheting voluminous butterflies. You can tie a flower, as in, the scheme of which was published earlier.

By the way, butterflies for napkins do not have to be so voluminous, you can knit any openwork butterfly. we have.

Pattern with butterflies napkin found on the net, slightly pointed corners for napkins. If you want to make your own butterfly napkin, I invite you to look at the diagram and, of course, I will be very happy if you like the finished napkins. Among the butterflies, we decided to relax at our Butterfly Farm.

Sitting comfortably on the soft and fluffy, flower petals and wrapped in a wonderful fragrance, fanning the delicate wings of a butterfly, he forgot about the whole world.

Amazing butterflies? Why, even people who feel fear of insects react positively to butterflies?
The admiration for these little flying wonders of nature seems to be determined genetically, built by generations of butterfly enthusiasts in our nature.
It's hard to be afraid of beings so delicate, colorful and realizing our eternal dream of soaring trips.

How do you like this wing napkin? Do you like to watch butterflies? To have a good day

Today we knitted a butterfly napkin, and how many species of butterflies are there in the world?
Today the world has probably more than 30,000 species of butterflies and six times as many moths, with assets of over 3,000. They make up the second largest group of insects.

Is the moth a butterfly?
Yes, it is Moth Butterfly night. Butterflies are conditionally respected because of their appearance and time of flight - for diurnal butterflies and moths - active at night. Moths tend to be thicker and more "hairy" and daily butterflies are leaner and "less hairy".

Why do moths fly towards the light?
Until now, scientists do not agree on the causes of this phenomenon. Apparently, they have developed an evolutionary light based navigation mechanism that serves in a similar way as beacon ships.

Do you want butterflies to fly in your house, and some even sit on your clothes? Everything is real and you can feel like a creator just by crocheting them.
