2 x colored knitting items. A huge world of two-tone knitting patterns. Video: Learning to knit two-color patterns

Patterns on the canvas can be created both due to the relief and due to the alternation of shades, which allows you to add zest even to a product connected only with front loops. In fact, it is not at all necessary to look for specific patterns for two-color knitting patterns on the net and in print media, since even you yourself can draw up such a sketch for yourself and embody it in the finished canvas. It is enough just to understand how the drawing is created.

Given that the pattern consists of 2 colors, it is even easier to depict it than on a plain fabric. Even if you do not know any knitting methods other than garter, you can simply alternate threads of different shades, and a certain pattern will already appear on the surface of the product: from simple specks and stripes, to rhombuses, birds, etc.

In general, two-color patterns are usually made up not only by alternating threads of different shades, but also by varying the front and back loops, as well as double crochet and slipped loops. As you increase your skill level, you can add various broaches, posts, etc. And for primary samples and the simplest patterns, it is enough to know only the main types of knitting. As for the removable loops, it should be understood here that these can be both short types of them, when they are removed only for 1-2 rows, and long ones - removal for 3 rows or more.

Schemes for children's things

The peculiarity of patterns for children's things lies only in the fact that almost any colors and combinations can be chosen here, depending on the age of the child. The fact that the things of an adult will look strange, often only adds charm to a child.

  • The easiest option is to alternate the colors of the threads in even and odd rows, and so that it does not look like a simple horizontal stripe, add a rare loop removal without knitting, for example, directing it to the diagonal to the right. In this case, the upper purl row is knitted in the same color as the previous front row.

  • For children's hats and sweaters, a pattern is excellent in which crossed front loops alternate through each other: a voluminous, embossed canvas is obtained. The color changes every 2 full rows (even-odd). Each odd vertical loop is a double crochet, each even one is an alternation of the front crossed one, in which it is tied either behind the back wall or together with the double crochet from the previous row.

If you want to use a two-tone pattern for a non-childish item, you can turn to more restrained colors, as well as more graphic ideas, large elements. For example, a large lattice in the form of diamonds.

  • For its implementation, cream and marsh yarn are recommended, the rapport is 10 loops. The inner half of the rhombus with cream yarn from 3 facial loops, then 4 facial swamps, again 3 facial cream.
  • The next odd row is displayed in the same way - 3 front loops in cream color, then 4 loops cross to the left, while dropping 2 loops of swamp yarn onto the auxiliary loop with knit ones, knit the next 2 with it, remove the remaining 2 on the auxiliary one, also knit with knit ones, and knit the last loops of 10 with white yarn. Such crosses, now to the right, then to the left, are made throughout the entire pattern, diverging and converging to form rhombuses.

A similar pattern of woven rhombuses can become a little more complicated, for which you just need to duplicate the cross to the right or to the left, duplicate each other in odd rows through 1: that is, if you crossed in the 3rd row, repeat it in the 7th, in the 5th simply by knitting these loops with facial ones. The number of repetitions will be equal to the number of "turns" in the figure itself. And if you leave only crosses over each other throughout the entire canvas, you will get twisted vertical stripes on the product.

It is interesting that the pattern that looks clearly geometric in the diagram does not always remain the same after its implementation: for example, according to the diagram, the alternation of green and strawberry shades occurs every 4 even rows, strictly horizontally. But in the end, due to the special compilation of the loops, you will get an uneven blotch of color.

  • Rapport - 7 loops, the initial 4 are knitted with facial ones, then there are 3 removed loops, in which the thread is in front of the canvas. On the next (even) row, the 1st loop is removed, the thread behind the canvas, 4 are knitted with purl, 2 loops are removed, the thread behind the canvas. New odd row - 2 loops are removed, the thread is in front of the canvas, 4 loops are facial, 1 is removed, the thread is in front of the canvas. Next (even) row - 3 loops are removed, the thread is behind the canvas, 4 loops are purl. Then a new color is turned on, the loops continue to alternate according to the scheme, where the main thing is to maintain the direction of the threads taken into the diagonal.

The appearance of knitted products depends on the choice of needlewomen of high-quality threads, on their personal skill, as well as on the scheme. It is possible to obtain a huge variety of spectacular reliefs by knitting many types of loops, as well as their combination with each other. In addition, there is a technique for creating patterns on a knitted fabric using threads of two or more colors. Knit with yarn of different shades according to the instructions of the diagram, and you will be able to form spectacular two-color patterns with knitting needles on a knitted fabric. Using the technique of forming two-color patterns, needlewomen can knit stylish things on the simplest canvas, made with front stitch. In the photo below you see one of the examples of a pattern on the front surface, knitted with threads of two colors. In this case, the drawing is made according to the scheme. You can create such a simple scheme yourself by choosing a picture that you like.

In order to transfer such a homemade pattern to the canvas, you need to master the method of making a two-color pattern. You will get this opportunity by studying all the photo and video materials of this lesson.

Beginning needlewomen can be advised to knit a two-color pattern with knitting needles using a smooth canvas, that is, the front surface. This fabric is made exclusively from front loops (LP) and purl loops (IP). In this case, you just need to correctly alternate the colors of the threads that are currently needed. Reception of alternation will depend only on what pattern you need. It can be just points, or other small relief.

The pattern in the photo is a lazy jacquard, which has the most primitive and uncomplicated patterns. Lazy jacquard is most often used for knitting children's things with knitting needles. But perhaps you need not dots, but horizontal or vertical stripes, then the alternation will be completely different. After mastering the simple technique, move on to more complex patterns, such as geometric shapes, then snowflakes, deer and Christmas trees. It should be noted that two-color patterns with knitting needles are knitted not only by alternating colors, but also using different loops. These can be LP and PI, the technique of using yarns, removed loops (P), as well as broaches. Experienced craftswomen often knit these motifs using more complex techniques, such as broaches, crossed and shifted loops.

Two-color patterns for children

If you look closely at the two-color themes knitted with knitting needles, it is not always possible to determine for what age they are more suitable. Most of the two-tone motifs are absolutely suitable for both adults and children. If you need to choose a color pattern for a child, then you will probably refer to the schemes of two-color knitting patterns. It is much easier to make a choice of a motif with knitting needles for children than for adults, because most shades are suitable for small citizens, as well as many patterns of colored yarn. We make a difference only depending on the sex and age of the child. For newborns and children under the age of ten, you need to take a yarn of very bright colors. As for older children, colorful, but more restrained drawings are suitable for them. When choosing a knitting pattern for boys, you need to focus on the theme that is right for them, as in the photo.

For little princesses, bright pink and blue shades, as well as flower patterns, are more suitable.

Beginning craftswomen can be offered the easiest option for performing children's two-color drawings. It consists in knitting rows alternately from two threads of different shades. We knit with different threads in even and odd rows, and we get stripes that form a two-color pattern that looks quite original. Experienced needlewomen who find such simple stripes too primitive can be offered a more complex pattern. It consists in the formation of removed loops, performed periodically, through the same distance. The second technique is knitting crossed loops, which perfectly decorate winter sweaters and hats for children, make them warm and voluminous. In this case, the shade of the threads changes after two rows, front and back, forming the original relief and volume of the canvas.

At the end of this lesson, a video tutorial on knitting a two-color pattern with knitting needles for children is offered. There are 14 rows in the diagram, of which two are auxiliary, and 12 make up vertical rapport. The horizontal rapport of the motif has six loops. Repeat all the steps in the video tutorial to get the experience of forming a two-color motif with knitting needles.

Video: Simple children's pattern

patterns for adults

Unlike knitting patterns for children, two-tone patterns for adults are knitted using multi-colored threads in calmer and muted tones. Usually, for this purpose, schemes depicting geometric shapes are selected. This can be a mesh shape knitted in the form of rhombuses, as well as other geometric shapes, plaits and braids.

As can be seen from the attached photos, two-color patterns are made with light and dark threads, but without flashy brightness. It is necessary to note one important feature of two-color patterns, which are formed by alternating tones in rows. The fact is that their schematic drawings often do not match the pattern that appears on the product. Often, each new combination of the scheme forms a two-color pattern, which turns out to be completely unexpected for you.

Video: Learning to knit two-color patterns

Over time, almost all craftswomen have small balls of yarn from finished products. As a rule, they are all of different colors and compositions, it is a pity to throw them away, but there is not enough for the whole product. It is these multi-colored balls that can be used for multi-colored knitting, for example, made using the lazy jacquard technique. Consider two-color patterns with knitting needles, diagrams and descriptions for them.

Choosing yarn and knitting needles

You can knit two-color patterns from absolutely any yarn, both from thick woolen and fine cotton. The two threads do not have to be the same brand and composition, but the thickness should be approximately the same. If you are not sure how it will behave in the future, knit a sample, wash and dry it. So it will become clear whether one of the threads is shedding, and also whether the canvas will stretch or, conversely, will not shrink.

To knit two-color patterns with knitting needles (diagrams and a description will be given later), choose those knitting needles that fit the size of the yarn. If you need a very dense windproof product, then you can take knitting needles one size smaller, if you want a looser fabric, then take the tool one size larger, only then do not knit too loosely. Otherwise, broaches may be visible on the front.

lazy jacquard

Two-tone can be done with lazy jacquard. This does not mean at all that no effort is needed to work, just, unlike ordinary jacquard, lazy is a little easier to perform, there are no long broaches in the work, and the scheme is cyclic.

Such patterns are available to beginner needlewomen, since there is no need to control the density of the tension of the broaches, cross them correctly, and also count loops for a long time so that a large pattern fits into the product.

The yarn changes every two rows, that is, first the front and back rows are knitted with a thread of one color, the next two are of another, and so on.

Another feature of lazy jacquard (two-color knitting) is that some loops, based on the scheme, are removed on the right knitting needle without being knitted. It is important where the working thread will remain - behind the working canvas or behind it. As a rule, in the front rows, the yarn remains behind the work, and in the purl rows, in front of it.

Woven effect

Is it possible to create an imitation by knitting? Two-color patterns (you can find a description of their schemes in our review) can look like a fabric, for example, tweed or, as in this case, a fabric with an embossed pattern. This knitting is quite dense and inelastic, consider this when choosing a model. This knitting is suitable for products that need to keep their shape well, for example, a knitted jacket or a fitted skirt.

In order to knit a sample, you need to dial an even number of loops, plus two edge and plus two for the symmetry of the pattern. Dial, for example, 12 loops.

  • Let's start with blue yarn. Knit the first and second rows in stockinette stitch.
  • In the third row, we switch to the orange thread and knit in this way: the first loop is front, then the next four are changed to the right knitting needle, and the thread is left in front of the fabric, the next four are again knitted to the front, the next one loop is changed without knitting, the thread, as before, in front of the canvas.
  • In the fourth, we again switch to blue yarn. We knit the first four loops on the wrong side, remove the next 4 on the right knitting needle, yarn in front of the canvas, the next two
  • We continue to knit the fifth row with an orange thread. Three facial, four removed, yarn in front of the canvas, three facial.
  • In the sixth row, two purl, four are removed, the yarn remains behind the canvas, four purl.
  • The seventh row (orange yarn) starts by removing one loop, yarn before knitting, four facial, four removed, one facial.
  • In the eighth, we will remove four loops, yarn behind the canvas, knit 4 on the wrong side, remove two.
  • We knit the ninth row with a blue thread. Two facial, four remove, 4 facial.
  • We begin the tenth by removing one loop, again four purl, remove four, one purl.
  • We will start the eleventh with four removed loops, then four facial ones, remove two.
  • The twelfth begins with three removed loops, four purl, remove three.
  • In the thirteenth two to remove, four front, 4 to remove.
  • In the fourteenth we knit one purl, remove four, purl four, remove one.

Repeat the pattern starting from the third row.

Honeycomb pattern

This is a very simple and beautiful pattern. “Honeycombs” with two-color knitting needles (diagrams and a description of the work will be further) are within the power of even beginner needlewomen. To work, you need two types of yarn in contrasting colors.

For the sample, dial an odd number of loops.

  • We start the first row with the main color yarn. We make a crochet, remove the next loop on the right knitting needle, then one purl. We continue alternating to the end.
  • In the second row, change the yarn to a contrasting color and knit the wrong one, then, remove the yarn from the previous row to the right knitting needle, while leaving the yarn in front of the working canvas. Thus, we alternate to the edge.
  • The third row is knitted with a thread of the first color. We make a crochet, remove one loop on the right knitting needle, knit the next two loops together with the front one.
  • In the fourth, we change the thread and start with two facial ones, remove the next one on the right knitting needle. Alternate to the end of the row.
  • In the fifth row, we change the thread again, make a crochet, remove the loop, knit the next two together on the wrong side.

Rapport is repeated from the second to the fifth rows.

Jacquard

The most famous and descriptions for which can be found in any publication on needlework are Norwegian. These are the same snowflakes, Christmas trees and deer that adorn winter sweaters, hats and scarves. They are rarely made in three or more colors and are usually knitted in two contrasting colors.

The most important thing in such knitting is to carefully follow the pattern, each cell of which is equal to one loop of the fabric. It is better to start doing such voluminous work if you already have experience in knitting. Here you need to be extremely careful and be able to correctly make all the calculations so that the drawing from the diagram fits perfectly into the future product.

All broaches of threads pass from the inside, and on the front side a beautiful pattern of eyelets is obtained in a contrasting color background. Two-color knitting in looks very beautiful and stylish.

Bicolor elastic band

Another original way to work with two types of colored yarn is colored elastic. Two-color patterns with knitting needles (diagrams and descriptions of elastic bands of such a plan, by the way, are very diverse) begin with a set of an odd number of loops in one color. Further, 1 LP is knitted with the same thread, yarn over, one loop is removed.

  • In the second row, yarn over is already made with a thread of a different color, one is removed, the next two are together.
  • The third row is knitted from the opposite end of the knitting needle (for such knitting, take straight non-circular knitting needles). Tie two together, yarn over, remove one.
  • In the fourth row, switch to another yarn and yarn over, remove one, purl two together.
  • In the fifth row, change the thread and the end of the knitting needle again. Two together, yarn over, remove one.

Repeat from the second row.

Other types of two-tone patterns

What else are In fact, there is no limit to fantasy. Knitted two-color openwork patterns with knitting needles look very beautiful and gentle (diagrams with descriptions can be found in any knitting magazine). It can be openwork waves or zigzags in the Missoni style. Such knitting looks very beautiful in a canvas knitted from mohair yarn. You can apply these patterns to make a light tippet or scarf, as well as a summer cardigan or vest.

Knitting in a circle

Knitting (two-color patterns in this case) can be done in a circle. So the product is obtained without seams, which is very convenient, for example, for knitting hats or sweaters with raglan sleeves. Jacquard can also be knitted on circular needles, but for this you need to look at the pattern a little differently. Read it in only one direction - from right to left.

If you have a lazy jacquard in front of you, then all broaches should be on the wrong side.

What to tie?

Knitted two-color patterns with knitting needles, the diagrams and descriptions of which were above, can be applied to almost any product, especially if it requires tight knitting. It can be a warm winter set of a hat and scarf, a sweater with reindeer or mittens with snowflakes. Jacquard looks great on children's things: overalls, jumpers, sweaters. Lazy jacquards are often used when working with large warm items, such as coats or jackets. Products are very dense, keep their shape perfectly and do not deform after washing.

In this collection you will find: children's jacquard patterns, colorful knitting ornaments and other interesting multi-color knitting patterns for children.

Description of the scheme of the pattern "Colored stars"

Pattern report 6 loops + 4+ 2 edge loops, repeat the pattern according to the scheme from the 1st to the 8th rows. The first, second, fifth and sixth rows are connected with an orange thread. The third, fourth, seventh and eighth rows are white thread, that is, we change the color of the thread every 2 rows. In the fourth row of long loops we form stars as follows. We remove alternately 5 loops on the right knitting needle, while stretching the loops due to the yarns of the previous row. After, we return the long loops to the left knitting needle. We knit long 5 loops together from the wrong side, without removing the loop from the knitting needle, we make a crochet, a wrong side, another yarn over, and another wrong one. Thus, we get 5 loops out of five. Also knit 3 loops out of three, at the beginning and at the end of the row.

Three-color pattern "Rainbow Rain"

Three-color pattern "Rainbow rain". This motley tricolor pattern is very easy to knit, although it seems complicated at first glance. The secret of his knitting lies in the use of knitting technique "under the loop". Of course, the consumption of yarn is more than when knitting a regular front surface, but the knitted fabric turns out to be very warm, which is very important for children's knitting. See pattern diagram. The diagram shows only the front rows, in the wrong rows - all the loops are wrong. Work each purl row with the same color yarn as the previous RS row. The color of the yarn changes after 2 rows. 1st row: all loops are facial; 3rd row: alternate 1 front, 1 front under the loop. To do this, the needle is inserted not into the loop on the left needle, but into the loop of the previous row; 5th row and all subsequent front rows: alternate, placing in a checkerboard pattern to the previous front row: 1 front, 1 front under the loop in the second previous row. To do this, the needle is inserted into the loop 2 rows below.

This pattern is very similar to woven fabric,
the relief of the pattern is formed due to the removed loops. When removing the loops in the front rows, the working thread is left before work, and in the wrong ones - behind work, this thread forms a kind of relief against the background of the front surface. In each row, the pattern is shifted by 1 loop. Knit the pattern according to the proposed pattern and you will succeed! By the way, this pattern is very interesting both in one color and made of sectional dyeing yarn.

Scheme - ornament hearts

Such ornaments are most often knitted from the remnants of colored yarn or simply embroidered with colored threads on the front surface. With their help, you can decorate sleeves, panties, socks and other parts of clothing for babies.

Ornaments with animals
looks very cute on children's clothes, suitable for both boys and girls. For example, such an elephant can decorate a pocket, hat or baby socks. And you can use his scheme to create an ornament that will decorate a sweater, blouse or even the hem of a baby's dress. In principle, for the ornament, you can use any non-large patterns of animals, flowers, fish, hearts, and anything you like, the main thing is not a big loop report.

colored ornament with a pattern of dolphins

The dolphin pattern is also suitable for knitting both a single pattern and an ornament. Play a little with the colors of the yarn and a bright sea-themed ornament will decorate your baby's blouse. For example: the lambs of the waves can be knitted in different shades of blue, turquoise and blue, and the dolphins themselves can be knitted in different colors. the end result will always depend on the flight of your imagination.

Here are some more bright pictures for knitting colored ornaments.

Ornament scheme - blue birds

And these cute birds are more suitable for a single picture, well, or in a pair, as it is, since the report of each bird is not small. This pattern is suitable for knitting children's pullovers and blouses.

Pattern "cat" also for children's clothing. And if black cats scare you, then you can always choose the color that you like, and it doesn’t have to be red or gray. After all, fairy-tale characters can be of any color, blue, green, and purple. Fantasize and be unique in your work!

Here is another idea for creativity: why not replace this teddy bear with a cat, baby elephant or insect, or you can do it all at once. Elephant at the bottom, kitten at the top, or vice versa.

jacquard patterns, baby jacquard patterns

tricolor checkerboard - wrong side

Scheme - three-color checkerboard

The report of this simple pattern is 8 loops and 8 rows in height. The pattern is knitted with front stitch with alternating yarn of three colors. The interlacing of threads is done from the wrong side, 4 loops are connected with each color. In all rows, only two colors alternate. In the purl rows, knit the loops in the purl and the same color as in the front rows. By the same principle, you can knit a pattern smaller (2x2) or larger (6x6). When knitting jacquard patterns, it is important to monitor the tension of loose threads. If the thread is strongly stretched, it will tighten the entire canvas, and this is of no use to us. And if the thread is very loose, the loops can stretch out and the pattern will turn out to be not very neat.

Greetings, dear friends!

The two-color knitting patterns with descriptions and patterns that I bring to your attention today made my three-year-old granddaughter smile. "How funny they are!" - Zlata exclaimed, seeing samples of patterns that I had just knitted with knitting needles. She really liked the patterns, I hope you will like them too!

I made schemes for all these patterns using a special program, free of charge and kindly provided on the Knitting Box website. So, if you want to draw up a diagram of a pattern, feel free to click here! The instruction that is attached there will help you figure out how to use this program.

Two-color knitting patterns

Knitting pattern "Colorful strokes"

"Colorful Strokes", which, along with the diagram, I found on the Internet and decided to tie, just tortured me - it turned out not at all what is in the photo.

Then I figured it out and it turned out that the pattern scheme was drawn up incorrectly. I made a new pattern of the pattern and connected two samples according to it.

The first one I knitted with thin threads, the second with thick ones. The canvases turned out to be dense and ... two-sided. So for knitting a scarf, coat, cardigan or a warm jacket, this pattern is quite suitable!

To knit a sample of this pattern, we collect any EVEN number of loops on the knitting needles and then knit, based on the pattern and description of the pattern.

Scheme of the pattern "Multicolor strokes"

Description of the multi-colored strokes pattern

  • knit * 1 , yarn over and immediately remove the next loop * (from * to * repeat until the end of the row);
  • * with a crossed front loop we knit a loop with a crochet from the previous row, 1 yarn over, remove 1 loop *;
  • in the 3rd row (red thread): repeat the 1st row;
  • in the 4th row (red thread): repeat the 2nd row;

Knitting pattern "Two-color granules"

I did not change the name of this pattern - that's how it appears on the Internet. Although it personally reminds me very much, with the difference that this two-color pattern turns out to be more dense and ... one-sided.

Having picked up shades of yarn that match in color, you can knit a warm cardigan or coat in a classic style with the “Two-color granules” pattern, as in the first case.

To knit a sample of this pattern, you can cast on any EVEN number of loops.

Scheme of the pattern "Two-color granules"

Description of the pattern "Two-color granules"

  • In the 1st row (lilac thread): we knit * 1 front, 1 loop is removed (thread FOR loop) * (from * to * repeat to the end of the row);
  • in the 2nd row (lilac thread):* 1 remove (thread BEFORE the loop), 1 front *;
  • in the 3rd row (red thread):* 1 remove (thread behind the loop), 1 front *;
  • in the 4th row (red thread):* 1 front, 1 remove (thread in front of the loop) *;
  • in the 5th row (lilac thread): repeat the pattern from the 1st row.

Knitting pattern "Parachutes"

This cute and unusual two-tone pattern is just right for knitting warm baby clothes!

To knit the pattern "Parachutes" with knitting needles, we collect the number of loops a multiple of 6 plus 2 edge loops. And then we knit according to the scheme and description of the pattern.

Scheme of the pattern "Parachutes"

Knitting pattern "Caterpillars"

The granddaughter liked this pattern most of all, and it is not surprising - because it looks interesting on both sides!

Agree, the wrong side of the pattern has a right to exist as a separate and very pretty pattern.

To knit a two-color caterpillar pattern, we collect the number of loops a multiple of 6 plus 2 edge loops. And then we knit according to the scheme and description given below.

Scheme of the caterpillar pattern

Description of the caterpillar pattern

  • In the 1st row (beige thread): we knit all loops facial;
  • in the 2nd and 6th rows (beige thread): we knit all the loops purl;
  • in the 3rd row (blue thread):* 1 remove (thread FOR loop), 4 purl, 1 remove (thread FOR loop) *;

  • repeat the pattern from the 3rd to the 6th rows.

Knitting pattern "Air loops"

This unusual pattern will also decorate any children's and women's clothing. True, I would not recommend it for the smallest children - they can deform the pattern by picking up hanging loops with their fingers.

For knitting pattern "Air loops" it is necessary to dial the number of loops a multiple of 4 plus 1 loop for the symmetry of the pattern and 2 edge loops.

Scheme of the pattern "Air loops"

Description of the pattern "Air loops"

  • In the 1st row (gray thread): we knit all loops;
  • in the 2nd row (gray thread): all loops knit purl;
  • in the 3rd and 4th rows (burgundy thread):* 1 front, 3 loops are removed without knitting (thread FOR loops) *, at the end of the row 1 front;
  • in the 5th row (burgundy thread): knit facial loops;
  • in the 6th row (burgundy thread): knit with purl loops;
  • in the 7th and 8th rows (with a gray thread):* 2 remove (thread FOR loops), 1 front, 1 remove *, at the end of the row we remove 1 more loop;
  • in the 9th row (with a gray thread): repeat the pattern from the 1st row.

Knitting pattern "Windows"

“Windows” are best knitted with thin knitting needles (no more than No. 3) and the same threads, then it will look more attractive (as in the photo). They can knit both products for children and adults, the main thing is to choose the right combination of yarn colors.

To knit a sample of this pattern, we cast on the knitting needles a number of loops that is a multiple of 12 plus 1 loop for the symmetry of the pattern and 2 edge loops, for example: 24 + 1 + 2 = 27 loops, and then knit according to the pattern or description of the pattern.

  • In the 1st, 5th, 9th, 13th, 17th rows (blue thread): we knit all loops facial;
  • in the 2nd, 6th, 10th, 14th, 18th rows (blue thread): we knit all the loops purl;
  • in the 3rd, 7th, 11th rows (pink thread):* Knit 3, slip 1 (thread FOR loop), knit 1, slip 1, knit 1, slip 1, knit 1, slip 1, knit 2 *, at the end of the row 1 knit;

These are the two-color knitting patterns with descriptions and patterns I have prepared for you today. I completely forgot to say that these patterns are also called “lazy jacquard”, since when knitting them you don’t need to bother with changing colored threads in one row: each row is knitted with a thread of the same color.

If you are interested in such patterns, you can look again, you will not regret it!

I would be very glad to know your opinion about these patterns. It is quite possible that you have already used them in your practice, please write for which products you used them.

Smooth loops to you and good mood!
