Citizens can order a notice on paper by mail in the form of a registered letter. Accordingly, the application must also be made in writing:
- make an application;
- attach a copy of the certifying document;
- endorse in a notary firm.

Fund management
The Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation is engaged in the control of personalized accounting of the savings of citizens. Since 2018, employers must submit 3 types of report every quarter. Reporting is in the SZV-M form, containing information about all employees.
