The purpose of the lesson: we study the letter E, the formation of reading skills, the development of speech skills, the improvement of phonemic hearing, the basics of an elementary graphic skill.

  • introduce the preschooler to the letter E, the correct pronunciation of the sound;
  • teach to write the capital letter E in the cells;
  • to form an interest in learning with poems and riddles.

Name what is shown in the pictures below:

Electricity Escalator Excavator Eclair

When we pronounce the sound [E], the air freely comes out of the mouth. Say: uh. Neither lips, nor teeth, nor tongue prevent the air from freely leaving the mouth when we pronounce the sound [E].

  1. Tell me what is echo?
  2. Listen to the sentence: EMMA AND ELLA LISTENED TO THE ECHO.
  3. ECHO - what is the first sound in this word?
  4. What is the first sound in the word ELLA? — EMMA?
  5. What sound is there in both the word EXCAVATOR and the word ESCALATOR?
  6. At the beginning, at the end or in the middle of the word sound [E] in the word ESCALATOR? - EXCAVATOR? MED?
  7. Vowel or consonant sound [E]?

Consider the letter E. Write it in the air, and now in a notebook carefully in the cells with a simple pencil or ballpoint pen.

In cases where a child is asked to write a whole line of a letter, syllable or word, the adult gives a spelling pattern at the beginning of the line.
If a preschooler has difficulties, then an adult can draw two reference lines, or put anchor points that the child will connect with lines, or write the letters in their entirety, and the child will simply circle them in a different color. Calligraphy at this stage of training should not be required.

Continue the phrase

Long distances
He rushes without delay;
It is written at the end with two Cs,
It is called ... (express).

To distant villages, cities
Who is on the wire?
Bright majesty.
This is ... (electricity).

On a splinter, in a piece of paper,
In a chocolate shirt
It asks for itself in the hands.
What is this? ... (Eskimo.)

ugukalo, agkalo,
Aukalo and crying
And burst into laughter
And it was called ... (echo).

Tale of the letter E

excavators
Yesterday Edik ran into me from the fifth floor.
- Drop your labels! - screams.
- We have a real escalator in our yard!
I speak:
- An excavator, probably, escalators are only in the subway. We ran out into the yard, and there really is an excavator. The motor is running, but the excavator has gone somewhere. We climbed slowly into the cabin. And Edik took it and accidentally touched some kind of handle. The excavator suddenly twitches, how it goes! And ahead is an electric pole.

Excavator on this pillar - r-r-time !! Pillar on the side - two!!! And all the wires were broken. In our entire house, the electricity immediately went out and irons, refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, televisions and everything powered by electricity stopped working.

Then the excavator driver came running, shouted and kicked us out of the cab. And in the evening dad came and ... Well, I'm not at all interested in remembering about this.

Riddles for children with the letter E

I spent the sun
For your window
hung from the ceiling,
It became fun at home.
(Bulb)

The carriage itself opened the doors for us,
Stairs lead to the city.
We do not believe our eyes:
Everything is worth it, she goes.
(Escalator)

Lives without a body, speaks without a language.
No one sees it, but everyone hears it.
(Echo)

A mole climbed into our yard,
Digs the ground at the gate.
A ton will enter the mouth of the earth,
If the mole opens its mouth.
(Excavator)

hand-hands,
What in the earth are you looking for?
- I'm not looking for anything.
I dig and drag the earth.
(Excavator)

There is a wonderful shovel in the world
- On wheels, crooked and humpbacked.
But she starts to dig -
One hundred shovels replaces one.
(Excavator)

Poems about the letter E for children

The excavator is a crane brother.
Turns up such blocks,
That, perhaps, a hundred shovels
They would not be able to overcome them.
(Y. Akim)

This button and lace -
Electric bell.
(S. Marshak)

Emu
I'm talking about an ostrich
About the EMU
I would write you a poem
But I don't get it:
emu he
Or an emu?!
(B. Zakhoder)

Echo
- Mother! - heard from the hill.
The echo will also shout: "Ma-a-a!"
It was the baby who called the mother.
Echo, who are you shouting to?
(G. Vieru)

We are looking for an echo by the whole detachment:
- Echo, where are you?
- Near!
Near!
Echo! Echo!
Here's the fun!
So, the forest path
Walks-wanders with you echo
Invisible day-to-day.
(F. Bobylev)

It is unclear whether he is a beast or a bird.
There are feathers, but he is afraid to fly.
Perhaps you can solve the problem:
Beast or bird ostrich emu.
(E. Grigoryeva, I. Gamazkova)

Lesson summary:

  1. The pronunciation of new words increases the vocabulary of a preschooler, develops speech and memory.
  2. Cell exercises develop fine motor skills of the hands.
  3. Riddles develop in children ingenuity, the ability to analyze and prove. Educators use riddles when teaching children to increase interest during complex tasks.
  4. Poems affect not only the development of memory. It has been proven that if you learn several lines every day, new neural connections appear in the brain, and the overall learning ability increases.

Keypad row basis. Learning to print the letter E

Today we finish studying the main row of the keyboard, and tomorrow we will proceed to the top row.

This tutorial is getting big, so be patient. You will be rewarded for this: you will learn a lot of new things and you will be able to check the box that you have studied one row of the keyboard.

That is, a third of the way has already been passed and to the cherished goal - to learn how to type blindly, and at the same time to study the entire keyboard and hot keys - there are only 22 lessons left 🙂

So let's go. Put your fingers in the starting position FYVA-OLJ.

To print a lowercase (or lowercase) letter uh, the key is hit with the little finger of the right hand and the finger is returned to its original position.

Then press the spacebar with the thumb of the left hand.

To capitalize a letter E(or in uppercase), hold the Shift key with the left little finger, and type the letter with the little finger of the right hand.

EXERCISE #1

Letter E in lowercase

Type letter uh in lower case without spaces. Type until you feel like you remember where the letter key is uh and that you are able to type rhythmically, without jerks and stops.

Sample:

eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Complete the exercise:

EXERCISE #2

The letter E and the Caps Lock key

First start typing a letter E no spaces in upper case using key cap lock. When pressing this key, do not peep, try to clearly hit it with the little finger of your left hand.

Then print letter e in lowercase by disabling the Caps Lock key.

Do the exercise randomly alternating letters uh And E until you are sure that your fingers can already accurately find the desired key and you can easily disable and enable the Caps Lock key.

Sample:

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Complete the exercise:

EXERCISE #3

The letter E and the spacebar

Type letter uh in lowercase, separating each with spaces.

Do not forget that the space key must be pressed with the thumb of your free hand.

Sample:

ee ee ee ee ee ee ee ee ee ee ee ee ee ee ee ee ee ee

Complete the exercise:

EXERCISE #4

Letter E and Shift key

Type letter uh alternately in lower and upper case, separating each with a space. Uppercase letters must be typed using the key Shift.

Sample:

e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e

Complete the exercise:

EXERCISE #5

Letter combinations with the letter E

We print various letter combinations with a letter E, they are selected so that you remember all the letters that we have already studied - a, o, c, l, s, d, f, f, p, p.

Performing this exercise, it is advisable to look not at the sample, but somewhere to the side, recalling the learned keys from memory.

In this case, you do not need to remember those letter combinations that are to be printed. You just have to understand the principle of this exercise. And he is simple. First, we print the letter we are studying, next to the first letter we have studied, this is the letter a. Then vice versa - letter A, next to today's letter.

And so we go through in turn, remember everything we learned in previous lessons. The most important thing in this exercise is not to look either at the keyboard or at the monitor screen, but simply look away and try to remember the learned letters. Then we will have a truly blind printing method.

Sample:

ea ee eo oe ev ve el le ee ye ed de eff fe ezh je ep pe er re

Complete the exercise:

EXERCISE #6

Little finger exercise

Type letter combinations, separating each with a space, type capital letters using the Shift key:

Sample:

ef fe ezh zhe Ef fe ezh zhe

Complete the exercise:

punctuation marks: semicolon, colon

The semicolon is in the number row on the same number key 4 .

Press it with the middle finger of the left hand, while holding the Shift key with the little finger of the right hand.

However, there are layouts on the Web that indicate that the key with this sign must be pressed with the index finger.

What can be recommended here? Probably only one thing - try what is more convenient for you, decide for yourself and stick to it all the time. If you decide that you will press the key with your middle finger, then Always press it with your middle finger, regardless of any other recommendations.

Another sign that we must learn to touch print today is colon.

The key with this sign is in the number row on the same key as number 6. Press it with the index finger of the left hand, while holding the key with the little finger of the right hand Shift.

EXERCISE #7

Semicolon and colon

Type semicolons and colons until you remember where those keys are. Press the spacebar after each character.

Control yourself. As soon as you feel that you remember the location of the keys and can type blindly, move on to the next exercise.

Sample:

; : ; : ; : ; : ; : ; : ; : ; : ; : ; : ; : ; : ; :

Complete the exercise:

EXERCISE #8

Emoticons

Having learned how to type punctuation marks such as colons, dashes, brackets, semicolons, we can already use emoticons.

I don't think you need to explain what it is.

For those who are curious, I can recommend a post that I wrote on my blog back in 2010. It’s called “ Emoticons, koloboks, emoticons.” There you will find out when the smiley was born, who his “dad” is, how emoticons differ from koloboks, you can watch videos about emoticons and so on.

On September 19, 1982, Carnegie Mellon University professor Scott Fahlman first proposed the use of three consecutive characters - a colon, a hyphen, and a closing bracket - to indicate a "smiling face" in text that is typed on a computer.

All this is interesting and informative, but today we have a different task - to learn how to express our emotions with the help of punctuation marks. Therefore, we insert the cursor into the form and first we will try to learn how to print some of the simplest emoticons.

I would like to immediately draw your attention to the fact that in blogs where the administrator has specified “Convert emoticons 🙂 and 😛 to pictures” in the settings, some of the graphic emoticons will be replaced by pictures. I just made such changes, so in the sample some of the emoticons are in the form of pictures, some are shown graphically.

When doing this exercise, look at the picture, print emoticons and remember what emotions they represent, this will come in handy more than once.

Sample:

🙂 :-))) 🙁 :-! 😉

Complete the exercise:

EXERCISE #9

Words with E

In this exercise, we will be typing words starting with the letter e and with the letter e. There are few last ones, only three, so the exercise may even seem simple to you, however, we are not looking for easy ways, so we will still separate each word with a semicolon.

Sample:

ed; epod; era; earls; efas; ephors; Ella; Edward; Evora; Elara; Hellas; Ellora; aeolus; Europe; aloe; aero; peer;

Complete the exercise:

KEYBOARD KEYS

I once came across a method of teaching blind typing, the author of which categorically forbade his students to use keys that delete erroneously entered characters.

He suggested putting ticks on a piece of paper every time a student pressed the wrong key. And then do the exercises as many times as there are checkmarks on the piece of paper.

The right word, I feel sorry for the students who are forced to hammer the same thing a hundred times, achieving perfect writing on the keyboard. I adhere to a different point of view, namely, we should not only see our mistakes, but also be able to correct them right there. Therefore, the key backspace we have already learned how to use it, and in today's lesson we will get acquainted with one more key, which will also help us put things in order in the text. It's called Delete(divides) and deletes characters to the right of the cursor.

In case you haven't forgotten, the Backspace key deletes characters to the left of the cursor. Let's think about why there are two keys on the keyboard that perform the same function - deleting unnecessary characters?

On one of the sites I read:

I know that some users prefer the Delete key when deleting characters, and some prefer the Backspace key. It's all about habit.

At first, it seemed to me that the writer did not really understand the difference between the Delete and Backspace keys. And then it dawned on me, really, it all depends on where you insert the cursor.

Let's say in the word Hellas we made a typo and printed three letters l.

To remove the extra, the cursor can be placed in front of the letter A and use the key backspace.

Is it possible to put the cursor after the letter uh and use the key Delete.

The result will be the same - we will get the word Hellas, as it should, with two LLs.

But it's not just habit. The Delete key, unlike Backspace, allows, for example, to delete not only a character, but the entire file. Yes, he will remove it so that you will not find it with any dogs later. To do this, press the key combination Shift+Del. Be careful with this command, because the file is deleted permanently, without being placed in the recycle bin.

And if you press the combination Ctrl+Alt+Del, the task manager will open.

Such combinations are called hot keys and they should be remembered or written down in a notebook.

NOTEBOOK: hotkeys

Ctrl+Alt+Del
Shift+Del- deleting a file.

HOMEWORK

Today we will need to print the text. He really has content… 🙂

I don’t know what’s the matter here, either the limited set of words is to blame, or my wild imagination, but only the stories that I offer you to practice the blind typing method, I start to get one another more trenchant, some kind of rude, with a criminal shade.

But you, using the words that we have already learned to print, you can come up with some text of your own. This activity is fascinating, nothing inferior to solving anagram, logogryphs, metagram and other games with words, which, by the way, we'll get to. Until then, let's print.

First, let me remind you how to do your homework.

Open the SoloPad program, print according to the sample:

Check what you got. Try to find your own mistakes and correct them using the key backspace. Don't forget to make entries in your self-control diary.

If you're happy with the results, you can move on to the next tutorial and find out:

Watch a video about the letter with your child. Discuss the content of the video, ask the child to name the first sounds in the words emu, popsicle. This sound [e] is a vowel sound.

Read the riddle on slide 3. Explain to the child the meaning of the word escalator, if necessary. An escalator is a continuously moving staircase. We can see escalators at the metro station, in large shopping centers.

Ask where the sound [e] is in this word (at the beginning, in the middle, at the end of the word). Think of words with a new sound.

Look at the cartoon. Ask your child to count the sounds in the word echo. Say the word slowly.

Draw a letter on the album, ask the child to think what the letter looks like.

Read the poem on slide 5. Let the child count how many times a new sound will meet. Discuss the meaning of the word. Efa is a poisonous snake dangerous to humans. But the efa never attacks without warning, it will certainly warn the uninvited traveler with its rustling, and it can only bite when a person goes at it or tries to grab it.

Print out the coloring page, shade the letter.
