Choose how many layers your “cake” will have. Cut out a base from foam. It is better to use polystyrene foam, it is denser and will better support the load of treats. And it’s easier to cut out of it: polystyrene foam almost doesn’t crumble.
You may want to make a small hole in the top layer. It can be filled with all sorts of goodies. It will be a surprise for the one for whom you are preparing a gift.
Cover the base with colored paper. There's a little trick here. For example, brown paper is a chocolate cake. White – covered with a layer of “cream”... etc. The main thing is not to leave any area of the stand unpasted.
Bend the tails of the candies to one side, you can even glue them.
And glue the side where the tails are hidden to the sides of the cake.
Tie a ribbon over the candy.

Materials:

Making flowers from napkins:

fold the napkin in half twice
secure in the middle with a stapler

White napkins make very beautiful carnations. We do everything as described above, only using paints we tint the edges of the flower.

We glue our flowers onto a ball of foam plastic and papier mache. If you plan to make a topiary in the shape of a tree, then make a hole in the ball in advance and glue a stick.
We plant the finished tree in a pot. Pour gypsum (mix gypsum with water until it becomes creamy) into a pot and plant a tree. The tree needs to be fixed in the desired position until the plaster hardens.

Sisal topiary

We make balls from sisal. Cutting pieces of different sizes and rolling them between your palms. In the video we made a hanging topiary. Flowers used as decoration were not from napkins, but purchased ones.
Cut out and decorate a foam ball (you can buy a ready-made ball). Coat the ball with glue and wrap twine around it on top or simply paint it suitable color so that the white foam does not show through later. We make a hole, fill all the space (except for the hole) with flowers and balls. You can add bows and beads and other decor.
We paint the twig or wrap it with ribbon. Insert into the ball.
We decorate the flowerpot with a nice fabric and fill it with plaster (gypsum mixed with water until it becomes creamy.
We assemble the structure: insert a stick into the plaster in the middle of the flowerpot, fill the space on top of the plaster with sisal balls and other decor.

Topiary magnet

We will need:

Magnetic tape;
Thick cardboard;
Scissors;
Glue;
Acrylic paint;
Felt;
Braid.
Decor: ribbon, sisal, beads, etc.

Making crafts:

Cut out the topiary shape. That is, there is a pot at the bottom, then a twig, and a “ball” at the top. You can use cardboard or fiberboard as a basis. You can also buy blanks at a craft store.
We fix the magnet at the back.
Paint the middle part, the “twig”.
On top part and glue felt, fabric, napkin, jute rope or other decorative material onto the bottom one.
We decorate the “pot” with ribbon.

Bath bombs

For such an original gift you need only 3 basic components:

200 g soda
100 g citric acid
5-10 ml essential or aromatic oil of your choice
2 ml of simple oil (this can be sunflower, olive, grape, sweet almond, jojoba oil or others, to choose from)
food coloring in desired color

Grind citric acid in a coffee grinder. Mix with soda, add oils. We measure the oils using a syringe without a needle. Add dye. If it is water-based, then add a little at a time so that the bomb does not fizz ahead of time. To get a bright color, it is better to first color the soda without citric acid and dry it. Only then introduce the remaining components.
Knead until the mixture becomes like wet sand. You can knead with your hands. It’s just better to wear gloves, as it may “pinch” the skin.

Press into shape and leave to dry for several hours.

The composition may include milk powder and cream, as well as sea salt or potato starch, which additionally care for the skin.

Candlestick

Choose the material for the candlestick. This will depend on the age and capabilities of the baby.

For example, for older children it is not difficult to carve a structure out of wood.
For small ones, you can simply fill the mold with plaster. And the form can be anything. This and autumn leaf, and a feather and a balloon.
Can choose polymer clay. There's a lot of it too different options. For example, a house. We make the walls; when dry, we glue and mask the seams.
Large shells are also a great material with lots of options. In order for the shells to become candlesticks, they need to be filled with melted wax and supplemented with a wick. You can take both wax and wick from an ordinary small round candle.
Or we glue shells onto the base. The base can be made of cardboard, and the relief can be given with plaster, plaster, texture paste, papier mache or other material.
Glassware, glasses and bottles. Jars can be decorated with paints (we paint the inside or draw a picture, decoupage with a napkin, rope, knitted lace napkin)
From the can and sea salt. Prepare the salt, if you want to give your candle holders a tint, mix the salt with a small amount of dry food or cosmetic coloring. Thickly coat the jar with PVA glue and roll in salt.
From coffee. The principle is the same as with shells - we make a base and glue coffee.

We prepare a base ball from piaflora. We soak the floral sponge in water in advance, lowering it into the container, but without submerging it with our hands. We wait until the water is absorbed and the sponge “sits to the bottom.” We divide the soaked sponge into three parts, cut out a hemisphere from each, and temporarily remove one. We connect the two hemispheres into one ball with the flat part and secure them using prepared pins.

The ball is ready, all that remains is to insert it into the barrel. Carefully place the circle on the trunk and secure it with anchor tape.

In order to maintain moisture in the flower topiary for a long time, it is necessary to wrap the resulting base with stretch film. Wrap tightly, leaving no holes.

Now we prepare the pot. We put plastic film in it, and place the remaining sponge hemisphere with the slide up. Carefully cut off the excess edges of the film.

In order to give the topiary trunk a finished look, we add rose stems and tree branches to it. We place them on the finished ball, fasten them with anchor tape and insert them into the pot.

We cut the flowers in advance at an angle of 45 degrees - this way they will fit into the oasis easier and will be better fed with moisture. Since the base is tightly wrapped with film, it will be difficult to insert plants, so we make holes under the flowers with a skewer or toothpick.

We fill the crown, alternating roses with lisianthus, adding hypericum between them in two or three places.

Finally, we decorate the base of the topiary - we place stabilized moss in the pot, securing it with prepared paper clips.

Glue with double-sided tape satin ribbon to the potty.

Add an openwork ribbon on top of the satin.
