The outer walls are made of prefabricated foam concrete, covered with a 10 cm layer of insulation and protected from external influences by siding. The building has plastic windows with double-glazed windows and a special film with silver ions, which reflects heat into the premises. The house has a ventilation system. By the way, the lamps are equipped with motion sensors and are lit only when there is someone in the room. Solar panels can work even in cloudy weather. They feed on ultraviolet radiation, which is constantly present in one size or another. Even at night, when the moon is shining, the batteries can be charged. And this energy is quite enough to power dozens of lamps. As a result, residents of a smart home pay 15-22% less for a communal apartment than in a regular one. Over time, the authorities plan to build such buildings in every municipal district of the region.
“Entire neighborhoods with energy-efficient houses have already begun to appear in the subjects of the Federation,” said Andrei Yepaneshnikov, Deputy Governor. “We plan to build such a quarter in the village of Vyatskoye, Nekrasovsky district.”
