We glue the circle only around the circumference, without applying glue to the middle.

After that, on a decorative elastic band 24 cm long, we insert a rosette through the holes in the felt. Then we take a wide satin ribbon measuring 5 cm in width and 24 cm in length (4 pieces). We add one circle from two pieces and exactly the same second. We fix their ends with a thread, and then sew them together in the center, forming a bow. We wrap the middle of the bow with a thin ribbon and attach a large rhinestone to the middle if desired.

Then we fix our gum with threads and glue a bow to it.
