We redraw the details on felt and cut out all the elements, carefully monitor the number of parts of the toy.
We begin to sew a horse out of felt. Take two parts of the torso and start sewing clockwise, starting from the neck. Sew to the back.
We perform several stitches and insert the horse's mane between the two parts.
After flashing the mane by 1 - 1.5 cm, we twist the blanks into a tube and place them on both sides of the head. We are sewing.
We sew gradually. We reach the place where the tail of our horse should be located.
At this stage, we will fill the toy with sintepuh, it should not be too dense, rather just voluminous.
In the same way as we sewed the mane, we will sew the tail of the horse.
We close the circle and the body is ready.
Now let's make a muzzle. Let's take two blanks.
We sew them in an arc.
Now carefully sew the element to the horse. Sew on one side first.
Fill the muzzle of the horse with sintepuh.
Now we sew in a circle.
Let's take care of the legs of the horse. We take two elements for each leg.
We sew the elements along the arc.
Now we sew the brown elements, leaving the top line unsewn.
Then fill the leg with sintepuh.
We sew in a circle and the first leg is ready.
In the same way, we will perform three more legs of our felt horse.
We begin to sew on the legs of the horse, we sew two at the same time, this will greatly simplify the work.
After sewing the front legs, we attach a button on both sides.
We do the same with the back legs.
Embroider the horse's eye with black thread.
We lead the ends of the thread to another button, wrap it around, securing the position of the thread.
Now we wrap both threads around the second button, fixing the position.
Tie the ends into a knot and cut off.
At the end of the work, we will carefully cut the horse's mane, and also sew a rope if the toy is a Christmas tree, as in our case, or a car toy.

New Year's tangerine from felt.
Decorate the house new year holidays on your own, not only original, but also quite easy! With the help of felt at home, we can make unusual Christmas decorations or a garland. Such a toy will be not only bright and beautiful decoration Christmas trees, but also very safe. After all, nothing will happen to her :) One of the unspoken symbols of the New Year in Russia is a tangerine, so it is the best suited for creating a holiday at home.
You will need:
Felt (you can take different thicknesses for the leaves and the tangerine itself), filler for the toy (sintepuh, synthetic winterizer, cotton wool, etc.), floss threads (colors: beige, brown, orange), needle (better to take for cross-stitching), scissors, glue (I work with a glue gun), cardboard template for a toy (mine = 7 cm in diameter), satin ribbon(width up to 5 mm, length about 16 cm).
Step 1.
We put the template on a sheet of orange felt, circle it along the contour, and then cut out circles with scissors, you need two of them. For leaves, I do not use a template, you can cut it yourself to any desired size. We also make two of them.
Step 2
Now we will make “dimples” for tangerines. We use floss beige colour(you can use all 6 threads, you can divide by 3). We fix the tail of the thread from the wrong side or with a knot and make small stitches with outside circle (about 1-2 mm). After both parts of the tangerine are ready, on one of them (any) closer to the edge (from the wrong side), we glue a satin ribbon folded in half - the toy can be hung on it on the Christmas tree.
Step 3
Now we begin to sew leaves to our tangerine. We sew the tips of the leaves closer to the edge of the outer side of the circle to which the satin ribbon is not glued. And then with a thread (we use floss Brown) embroider the skeleton of the sheet (see photo). We do the same with the second leaf.
Step 4
After the leaves are sewn, we begin to sew both parts of the mandarin buttonhole stitch. We use floss orange color It is best to start under one of the leaves.
Step 5
Before reaching the end, we tightly fill the toy with sintepuh, but so that our seam does not deteriorate. And then we sew the toy to the end, we hide the tip of the thread inside. If the seam is slightly warped, smooth it out by hand.
Our tangerines are ready! Now the New Year will definitely be bright!

We sew Christmas decorations- Christmas tree.
For work we need
green felt,
cuttings of green fabrics,
some beads - white, green, red (you can add gold if you wish, to make it shine),
pair of red buttons
red ribbon or soutache
white thread in a typewriter and a needle for beads.
Scissors simple and zigzag,
tweezers,
holofiber for stuffing.
We cut out - one Christmas tree from felt, one smaller one from fabric. And another piece of fabric that would be a little more than felt.
In my case, it's just a rectangle.
We fold our Christmas tree with a sandwich
First, the bottom rectangle is wrong side up, a felt Christmas tree on it, a Christmas tree made of fabric face up on it.
Align and lay the line 1-2 mm from the edge of the Christmas tree made of fabric. We start sewing from the lower left corner.
Stitch length 2-2.5 mm. Passing through the top, we put our ribbon between the fabric and felt.
We sew further to the lower right corner. We stop, the needle is in the fabric, and raise the foot.
We take tweezers and lightly stuff our Christmas tree with holofiber between the upper Christmas tree and felt.
We align the sandwich, sew the bottom seam and once again go through the entire Christmas tree in a circle.
We take out, turn over and cut the lower Christmas tree close to the seam.
The edge of the felt can be made curly by cutting with zigzag scissors.

You will need:
2 types of fabric: patches or scraps of thick cloth or felt and thin, preferably non-loose fabric.
If the fabric is synthetic and crumbles, the edges can be melted.
Several beads with large holes.
Long needle with a large eye.
Ribbon or lace.
Threads and a needle for hand sewing, scissors.
We cut out 4 circles from cloth or felt, with a diameter of 7 cm, 5.5 cm, 4.5 cm and 3 cm using zigzag scissors.
From coarse calico - 4 circles, with a diameter of 13 cm, 10.5 cm, 8 cm, 4.5 cm.
We collect circles of coarse calico along the edge with a seam "over the edge to the assembly" with large stitches and tighten:
Especially carefully you need to collect the smallest circle, because this will be the top of the Christmas tree.

3. On top of the embroidered plot, we put a detail of a snowman with a window and sew a needle around with a metalized floss seam forward with small stitches.

When a small hole remains unsewn, we fill the toy with filler and sew up the hole.

The Snowman pattern consists of two main parts - the front / I chose white fleece) and the back, which should be heavier so that the Snowman is not blown away by the wind (cloth is used in my work).
First we work with front side, embroider eyes, sew on buttons, nose-carrot.

We connect the two main parts on the car, leaving small cuts for the hands (I used a twig from a tree).

Dala (Swedish: Dalahäst) is the national pride and symbol of Sweden.
Recently, the Scandinavian horse has fallen in love with the needlewomen of the post-Soviet space. And not smart! The simple shape and bright rich colors of traditional Swedish crafts serve as an inexhaustible source of ideas for creating horses using various needlework techniques.
And since the Horse is a symbol of the approaching new year 2014, making crafts in the form of horses is becoming a very relevant occupation.

The easiest way to decorate Christmas tree pendants is to embroider horse details from felt with braid.

1. Cut out two symmetrical parts of the horse from felt.
2. Sew on each piece a serpentine braid in a contrasting color with a needle-forward seam, using floss thread to match the felt.
3. With a thread of a floss of a contrasting color, overcast the parts of the horse with a “forward needle” seam, stepping back 2-3 mm from the edge of the parts.

Do-it-yourself mischievous horses can also be a great souvenir for a friend in the year of the Horse, and original decoration interior. We make a horse out of felt, bright woolen threads, beads and eye accessories (beads, buttons or special toy eyes) are needed as additional materials. Other materials and supplies: cardboard, pencil, decorative string, scissors, cotton wool (or other stuffing), thread, needle, glue gun and well-lit workplace.
First, draw the base of the horse on cardboard. Then cut out and with a pencil transfer the pattern to the felt. Felt can be of any color, the main thing is that the main details are different colors and did not merge - then the product will look brighter.
We fold the felt vertically in half, cut out the base - we get two identical halves, which then have to be sewn.
Before sewing the halves of the future horse, we make a tail and a mane: we cut woolen threads of small length, collect them in a bundle and tie them at one end, stepping back a little from the edge. For the mane, we retreat from the edge more - it will be a bang. You can braid the mane into pigtails. Choose a color in advance woolen threads for the mane and tail so that they match the color of the horse itself.
We sew the two halves of our horse over the edge, not forgetting to sew along the tail, embroider the mouth and nostrils, glue the eyes.
The tail and mane are only half the battle, in order for the horse to become voluminous, we stuff it with cotton or other stuffing - synthetic winterizer, for example.
We cut out the saddle from felt of a different color, pieces of leather or other material are also suitable.
We also sheathe the saddle over the edge, glue it to the body and decorate
rhinestones, beads or beads.
We decorate the tail and mane with ribbon bows or other decorative elements to make it look cheerful and beautiful. It is convenient to carry out all operations with gluing small elements using a glue gun - this way you can ensure the supply of the right amount of glue and the most durable connection of materials, without traces of glue around the junction.
We sew a loop or a metal ring - depending on the purpose of the product.
We make the legs of the horse from a lace, at the end of which beads-hooves are glued. We sew the legs-laces to the body, intercepting each lace with threads in the middle. The horse is ready!
You can make several such horses, a whole herd, and each will be different, because this is the beauty of creating interesting things with your own hands - a new product is not like the previous one, and there are no boundaries for imagination, there is no limit to perfection!
